I- EVOLVE and BACKCOUNTRY FOREVER programs offer a basic and intensive option. People who have multiple chonic medical conditions are best suited for the intensive program. Monthly visits with Dr. Erik Vilen are included in the intensive option.
ABOUT HEALTH & WELL-BEING COACHING
Health and well-being coaching works with individuals to identify what matters most to them and help them to commit to goals and action steps that align with their personal values. Health & Well-Being Coaching focuses on guiding individuals to make positive lifestyle changes and achieve their health goals through personalized support and accountability. A Health & Wellness Coach acts as a partner in the behavior change process, empowering and equipping clients to enhance their well-being by addressing various aspects of health & wellness like physical activity, nutrition, spirituality, stress management, sleep and more. This type of coaching empowers individuals to take charge of their health and well-being by setting meaningful goals and making sustainable lifestyle changes.
