Do you take insurance? No. We believe medical evaluation and treatment decisions are shared between physicians and patients. Most of our services are HSA/FSA elgible.
How do I submit the bill to insurance? We generate a superbill for services provided. It is the patient’s responsibility to submit the required forms their insurance company. The insurance company then reimburses patients directly.
Are your services covered by insurance? Some of our treatments are not covered by most insurances. Check with your insurance carrier.
What types of payment do you accept? For self-pay and membership-based options we accept all major debit and credit cards, cash, and check. Our team ensures transparent pricing. Payment plans are available for some services.

Where do I get my lab testing done? We draw labs at our office. If you are from outside Helena, we can try to coordinate drawing of labs close to your home.
